- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst customer service I have ever received. She refused to cancel a renewal policy after I informed her I would be going through a different company. I moved away and couldn't come in personally and had a friend bring in a letter of cancellation and that still wasn't good enough. I finally got angry and she stopped being obstinate and said I could email in a letter of cancellation which I already asked to do and she denied. Incompetent.
